I’m missing many different titles but this hotel is so unique for us… we moved back again months later in November since Club Members today. We bought into their club stature bundle back in April and we adore the benefits that members possess that could had no thought about. We had our own personal place in which we had a pub with top shelf beverages, glorious sandwiches and desserts. Maria functions in the Prestige region and is prepared to aid you with any issues you might have. We tell everybody how amazing we love it . We wish to travel there 2x calendar year. Cozumel is a Mexican island that you can not miss. I’m telling you because I’ve come at every opportunity I have. Traveling to Cozumel is cheap and convenient. Also, the experiences that you live here are unforgettable. A couple of guys recommended taking the cozumel jeep and beach adventure tour if we wanted to see the best places of the island. From your arrival, until the last activity, you do with your party. Even the accommodation is remarkable. Iberostar is a great option. My friends and I were pleased to stay five nights during the vacation period. We stayed there to be near the downtown of Cozumel.
We moved out to get a family Christmas holiday with teens and we had a blast. The food has been great all over the hotel. The entertainment team put on some fantastic shows. We adored the Boogie Nights, Fire Show, Movie Night Show in Addition to the True Mexican singer and dancers. Beach isn’t a shore you can definitely walk into but there’s a good dock with water accessibility for milder sand in addition to pretty great snorkeling for the novice ( bring your mask and snorkel). There’s easy accessibility to utilizing hobie cats and kayak that a little charge of $2 per individual. Loved the pool but appeared cold occasionally. Rooms were excellent with each with its own front terrace with hammock. Nice to place to get a siesta in day or to the occasional rain showers. We chose the hotel since it was a little hotel but do not let this fool you. There was plenty of tasks during the day. It was really quiet when we were there throughout the week of Christmas. It did begin to have a bit louder in the end of the week since it had been coming up to New Years.
This is our second visit to Cozumel Mexico and next time staying at Iberostar! We love this hotel for it’s friendly staff, quiet and comfortable accommodations, excellent food and good dive shop on site that’s quite near amazing flora and diving! We wanted to say a particular thank you for Antonio Dominguez, who we met and have been conversant with at our last stay at Iberostar in 2017. He went out of the way to make our stay unique and we became closer friends!I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody… Top notch lodging but most of top notch employees!
Star camp staff were so amazing together with our children. Children felt included and safe. Food is similar with other comprehensive resorts. The only complaint is to wait time in Tex-Mex restaurant. Wait staff is always really pleasant and attentive. Rooms are constantly washed thing in the morning that’s wonderful. Rooms don’t have Irons. We all needed to do was call guest services that they attracted one immediately. Grounds are kept really clean.
We spent two weeks and we had the best support we had been greeted regular by marcelino whom was Excellent felt as though we’d known him for many years, let you Cindy, David, luiga, Carlos, gaspar, Jose, and each the staff who was completely phenomenal a large thank you to celebrity buddies Luis, gessika, Carla, David, Eric, Edward they constantly Took the opportunity to talk, and made the day so much fun with all the games I highly suggest staying here see another year.
