Really cannot fault this complex at all, everything was perfect all staff very friendly and helpful, we were there for 14 days and had three meals a day, and did not have the same lunch twice for choice steak houses are proper steak houses.
The pool is a dream, as is the beach, the seaweed is not a problem and mostly gone by 09:00, due to the hard work of the clear up the squad. Once to go out into the Sea even 2ft deep the beautiful fish are swimming around you this really is idyllic, very highly recommend this complex.
Our stay was magical! Our Villa was on the beach, and we had an amazing outdoor shower shout out to Porfirio, who kept our room clean and stocked. I highly recommend the Romance Villa, romantic indeed. The buffets are well, to be honest, the same options every day, but the food was excellent, and you can mix it up.
We only tried two a la carte restaurants, but they were delicious. The beach is exceptionally rocky recommend water shoes, made it so much easier getting in and out of the water. But once you are in the water, it is magnificent, on our last day there we had some huge fish swimming around us. There was a lot of seaweed, but that is not the resort’s fault, and they worked tirelessly to clean it up.
Luckily they had several large pools to choose from when you didn’t feel like going in the ocean, not only at our resort but at the sister hotels as well. We also made it to Zentropia Spa and Alexi at the juice bar was awesome with their sea trek helmet diving cozumel tour recommendation! Overall we had an excellent time and can’t wait to come back!
Fantastic holiday, the resort is fantastic. Lots to do and lots of choices for different restaurants and bars. Entertainment excellent and service from hotel excellent.
I had a problem with students causing mayhem and hotel staff resolved matter in a very professional and quick way. They went above and beyond to fix the problem and restore my faith and the resort and make our holiday fabulous.
